The long answer
At Enterprise we believe you shouldn’t be charged for fair wear and tear. We use our Damage Evaluator tool to ensure you are not charged for every little scratch. If any dent, hole or scratch is smaller than the circles on our tool we won’t count it as the respective type of damage. If any damage occurs to your rental vehicle then please contact your rental branch or follow the instructions provided within your rental agreement summary.
